    And just as a reminder … If you DO choose to listen to music while you exercise, and you are running outside … TURN IT DOWN! I had it happen this weekend where I was trying to pass on a narrow road that was hilly, so a bit of courtesy would have helped, but the person had her headphones on and music up so loud that there was no reaction when I was practically yelling! I ended up putting myself at some risk to pass, and she barely registered. So enjoy the music, but if you can’t hear cars gong by …. It is too darn loud!

  2. I generally just set Pandora to the “Art of Trance” station and let it rip. I have noticed there are some songs that truly make me feel invincible. Occasionally one will come on towards the end of my run and I feel like I can go forever.

    So glad you posted this…I am always making new running mixes…my current go to song is Blurred Lines (partially because I think of the girls in the video who have like 0% body fat and it makes me run faster….)
