I’m assuming if you are running Marine Corps Marathon you have heard by now that the expo has moved to the Gaylord National Harbor and Convention Center in Maryland. It’s a HUGE change to say the least and while some of us are excited about the move, it may have made things a bit more complicated for others. Brooks and Potomac River Running have your back this year! They have partnered together to give you another packet pick up option if you snag $125 worth of their gear!

Marine Corps will be my 3rd marathon, but first one that requires travel (I’ve run 2 Bostons :))! Hope to see you at the Expo!

  2. Yes, I’m running it. It will be my 7th marathon and I’ve been running marathons since 2006, (after having with two kids in-between). I’m particularly excited about it because I was supposed to run it 6 years ago and mid-training, found out I was pregnant with my now 5-year-old son. I’ve never been one of those girls that can run marathons or half marathons while pregnant, so I transferred my bib to my cousin. Trying to break 4 hours and this marathon will mark my 7th attempt at it. We shall see…
