Long before I ever got pregnant I made it a habit to carry water with me on every run. This simple habit has helped me fend off fatigue, enabling me to run farther and faster.
Over the years I’ve tried dozens of different styles and brands of hydration packs, bottles, and waist belts. I’ve settled on a handheld bottle as being the easiest and most efficient for most of my runs.
