I had the pleasure of chatting with the ladies of Another Mother Runner recently. If you have 30 minutes or so to spare and want to download and listen to me ramble on about stroller running, how I train intuitively, what was my favorite marathon, what races I have planned for the fall and other general ramblings you can find the podcast here — http://anothermotherrunner.com/2013/06/08/find-your-strong-our-chat-with-dorothy-beal/  If you like the podcast feel free to share it with your friends!

  1. I have not read any of their books yet, but I definitely NEED to. Trying to get back to running in a few months with a newborn is going to be TOUGH!

  2. I actually found you after listening to their blog! I think you are an amazing inspiration! I have baby #2 on the way and can’t imagine pushing a double stroller that far!

  3. Just listened to the podcast during my run on Monday – two of my favourite sources of running inspiration together at once (you + RLAM!). Congrats on the feature!

  4. Thank you for sharing, I really enjoyed the podcast!

  5. I’m excited to hear your podcast (after my kiddos go to sleep, so that I will not have any interruptions) I can’t wait to finally meet you in August! We are going to have so much fun! xo .. here is my AMR feature: http://anothermotherrunner.com/2012/07/25/follow-this-mother-93/

  6. I haven’t been featured, but I read their site and have read both books! I used their “5K Own It” plan to PR my last 5K and I’m starting their “Marathon Finish It” plan next month — can’t wait! I listen to their podcasts on my long Saturday morning runs, can’t wait to hear yours!

And I’m seriously in awe of you finishing 13.1 with the triple stroller – amazing. I tend to take my almost 2-year-old out with me, but after reading your excerpt from the book I’m thinking my 5-year-old may be a fun running buddy too. He can talk for hours and keep me entertained!

  7. I listened Monday while catching up on emails. I was excited to hear you’ll be running Hood to Coast again- you’ll be in my neck of the woods and that’s how I found your blog a year ago! I was researching H2C and came across your NUUN Team post. I wish our team had made it again this year. It has been one of my all-time favorite running experiences.

  8. I heard your interview on the Another Mother Runner Podcast! I am in the first week of TLAM’s Marathon Finish-It Plan and you and your marathon experiences are very inspiring. Can’t wait to read more about them on your blog!
