If you haven’t yet seen the Saucony shoe medallions being sold to raise money for The One Fund check them out here — http://www.mile-posts.com/2013/04/bostonstrong-saucony-lace-medallions.html Unlike some other companies, Saucony is NOT taking a percentage of the purchase price or simply giving you a discount on something they would be selling regardless. 100% of the $5 purchase price is going to The One Fund.

  1. My favorite right now is Serena Ryder’s Stompa. I love P!nk’s Try, for those moments when it’s hard to keep going, and about anything by Pitbull. I’ll have to try some of yours! Thanks for posting it!

  2. Joseph Frazier says:

I normally only listen to hip-hop and R&B, but while I was in Boston for the marathon I heard a song called Promises by Nero and Skrillex. Put it on your iPod and hit play next time you go out for a tempo run, try not to have a heart attack :0)

  3. Awesome playlist! I havent updated mine in a while. :)i might have to try some of yours. :)

  4. I ran for years with music, and then by chance had to go without – and loved it!
