I’m a BIG fan of Kind Bars so I was {really} excited to try something else from the Kind line up.

Kind Clusters

The three flavors I tried were:

  • Oats & Honey Clusters with Toasted Coconut
  • Dark Chocolate & Cranberry
  • Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds

I was going to say that out of the three I liked the Oats & Honey one the best but the more I thought about it the more I felt like I couldn’t really compare them{though it does appear I have eaten the most of the Oats & Honey}. They are like your kids, all different, but you like them all equally.

The Dark Chocolate & Cranberry felt like a treat so instead indulging in a high calorie dessert, I found myself reaching for this after dinner when I couldn’t kick my sweet cravings. It has only 7g of sugar per serving, making it a healthier and less guilt ridden option. {but only if you have one serving – wink}

Oats & Honey has been added to my afternoon snack rotation. It has 6g of sugar per serving, 3 grams of protein and 3 grams of dietary fiber.

Vanilla Blueberry is low glycemic and contains only 5 grams of sugar. This was my choice for mornings. Really tasty with a little unsweetened almond milk.

The clusters won’t soon replace my beloved BARS but they an excellent healthy option I will continue to buy.

They come in two other flavors that to be honest – I think based on the bars I like I think I will like these even more than the flavors I tried…..

  • Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa
  • Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters

I REALLY appreciate that fact that I can pronounce all the ingredients in all three of these flavors. There isn’t anything in them that I don’t know what it is. I’ve been trying to minimize my soy intake {a story for another day} so I like that some of the flavor options are made with out soy lecithin.

The bags retail for $5.99 but you can buy them on the Kind Website for $5.33 a pouch if you buy them in packs of 6. Making this an affordable snack for me AND my kids! {all three flavors are Mile Posts little people approved}

*I was not paid for this post. I was not asked to write this post. I was sent these flavors free of charge. I spend a small fortune weekly on Kind bars. All opinions are my own.

  1. Yes, kind bars are fantastic, I am also a huge fan of the fact that you can pronounce all the ingredients :)

  2. Oh, I am so glad I saw this post. I love kind bars, my favorite are the Coconut& Almond and the Dark Chocolate one’s with sea salt. I’ve been looking for something I can replace my cereal with. I will give these a try.
