Mornings are very hectic at our house. I wake up in the 5’s to get 3 kids fed, dressed and ready to take my daughter to school. We leave the house a tad after 7 am and drive 40 minutes in rush hour traffic, 5 days a week. There is no time for messing around or elaborate breakfasts. I do however like to start the morning with something healthy to get my metabolism going and fuel me for the day.
