Tough to make a list of music since everyone has so different of tastes. Still though i’ll admit I love that Shakira song!

  3. I love peeking at other people’s running playlists! I think that pop and hiphop are definitely among the most preferred genres for runners, but anything upbeat works for me. Cool playlist!

  5. YES! I just stumbled across this on Facebook recently, but it was titled, “Songs you can do CPR to” because they recommend 100 bpm for compressions! Now, I wouldn’t listen to “Mmm Bop” while running or working out, but so many of them would have worked perfectly, I love that you included a more comprehensive linked list there for people to customize their own list to. TOTALLY going to be using this on every run now! Thank you thank you!!!

  6. Ahhh I love the Boom Clap song! The first time I heard it was on the previews of The Fault In Our Stars and now I can’t stop listening to it.

  7. Oh awesome! Great post I was using an app called Cruise Control which pics songs from your play list according to your current pace but think I may check out this website {run hundred} and tailor a play list for myself! First week of marathon training so I’ll need all the motivation I can get lol

  8. Great playlist! I was starting to run tired of my current songs (pun intended). Thanks again:)

  9. Gotten into chillstep recently such as “shona” by Jake chudnow. Think he’s great :) Thanks for the list btw. I’ve been to some extent finding lists like yours, but non which give me the BPM. It’s very useful, considering how much energy you can get when a song matches each step :D :D Again, thanks x
