My thoughts:
The shirt feels like your favorite worn in cotton t-shirt, wicks like a running shirt, and has that burnout tee look to it. It doesn’t say whether it is fitted or semi fitted but I would say it is a slim fitting shirt. I ordered a small and don’t think I would fit an XS even though I am XS in some of Saucony’s other shirts. I’m not sure if it is pre-shrunk but mine shrank a tad in the dryer. I probably should have air dried it but regardless I still like the fit even after it shrinking. I’ve worn it multiple times since and washed/dried it and it hasn’t shrunk any more.
It’s a burnout tee – so if you wear a colored bra you are going to see it. I’m wearing green and white in the picture and you can definitely tell.
When running it doesn’t ride up at all and won’t flash your stomach or back. At $45 it is a little bit more pricey than the Kinvara Graphic Long Sleeve that I like, but it is a really nice shirt, so I don’t think it’s over priced. Would I pay $50 for it? Probably not – so $45 is just about the limit for this long sleeve. The benefit to this long sleeve over the Kinvara is that it really is cute as a running lifestyle piece – meaning you never really have to wear this running – it could just be a cute shirt in your wardrobe.
I love little details when it comes to apparel – the Saucony logo on the bottom in a scroll type font sealed the deal on the shirt.
