I celebrated this morning by pushing both boys for 6 miles in the double stroller – 48:56 with an average of 8:08

  7. I’m doing my first run tonight with a dog – we’re dog-sitting. I can’t wait to be one of those girls with a dog and a stroller. We may only manage a mile though :)

Today is my scheduled rest day (YAHOO!) but I have already worked out 3x this week and planning on at least 4 more times this week….and I’m 23 weeks pregnant and so glad to have the energy to be this active! Two weeks ago I couldn’t crawl through the day without a nap or ten…so glad to have my energy back!

  10. HOW did I miss the RNR sale?! Dang it. I ran four slow recovery miles yesterday to celebrate. :)

  11. I contacted a running coach to help me make the most out of my upcoming first marathon!

  12. Had I known yesterday was the big Running Day, I might’ve switched my Tuesday and Wednesday workouts…but I didn’t know :P Nice double stroller run :)
