These look great! A topic I'd like you to blog about? Injury avoidance– I am rassling with mild shinsplints and having a hard time making myself take enough days off to let the go totally away.

I LOVE running– I've lost 20 lbs since October– and I have been really enjoying your blog. Thanks for writing!

A couple weeks back you mentioned in your blog that you were experimenting with a gluten free diet. Would love to hear more about that as well as any other nutrition tips you may have especially in regards to the calorie/carb/protein/fat mix. Also, I know a lot of my running friends (and me) struggle with "sugar addiction" which is ok weight-wise because we run it off but its still not good for you…do you find this is common among athletes?

How about more on your day to day nutrition, how you stay healthy. Or maybe more on fueling for a run/race? When do you hydrate and eat during your workouts? Do you still like Gu chomps or have you found something new? Im still a newbie to the running world compared to most people, so those are just things that I'd like to learn more about :)

  28. Maybe you've written it before, but what's your hydration strategy on an average running day?

Topic? Tempo runs Vs. Intervals for long distance running/ racing! I did mile intervals for the 1st time last week (usually would do .5 intervals) and did not enjoy it at all (not that I loved .5 mile intervals).

  56. Here's a topic my wife would be interested in, but I'm a new reader so I don't know if you've gone into this topic before. She just gave birth to our fourth child and will be starting back up to running once she gets the green light from the doc. What has been your experience with getting back into running postpartum?

  60. It would be cool to read about how long should you run on a long run when marathon training…I have heard stop at 3 hours, I have heard to not run more than 22 miles, and the only thing everyone seems to have in common is don't run the full 26.2 before the race!!
