I ran my first race with my mom, I was 18 years old. Chloe ran her first 1K on Monday at the Let Freedom Run Race, she is 4. To say that I am more proud of her than I ever will be of myself, is true. Call me a sap, but I fought off tears the whole time. My heart felt full.
I love you dear Chloe and hope to one day cross the finish line of a marathon with you ~ Love Mommy

So awesome! You, me and Jess should get all our girls together to race. How cute would that be?
That is awesome and I can't wait to run my daughter's first race with her. She will be doing a 1 mile race the day before I run my marathon in September and I am sure I will be crying at least one of those days…if not both!
That's so cute! and what a good picture too!

Outstanding.. My kiddo will be 4 later this month and I'm already looking at the race schedule
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Can't wait to run with my kiddos one day! You are one awesome mom
So sweet! Hopefully there are many more to come.
that is seriously the coolest thing ever!!
I ran the Cox Medical Mile with my 4 year old this year. He ran the whole way. I was so proud of him.
I think it is so great that you are running with your child. Just think of the great tradition you are starting! Thanks for sharing this with us!
Seriously cute! You are going to have so much fun as your kids get older with running (hopefully) and other sports. I am LOVING this time with my almost 8-year old and his swimming/triathlons.
Perfection!!!
I love it! I can't wait until I run my first race with my daughter.
Go Chloe Go!

That's awesome! My son, who will be 3 in November, has done a couple of short races this summer and loves it. He keeps talking about running fast (sometimes he says slooooooooooooow fast).
SOOOO cute
