Fashion meets function in this ridiculously awesome jacket from Saucony.I had my eye on it at the Boston Marathon expo but by the time I arrived they were already sold out of my size. I debated back and forth about whether I would actually get use out of this type of jacket. It seemed too trendy to actually wear running but too sporty to just wear around town.
I was wrong.
Not only is this bad girl super functional, meaning that I do indeed plan on running in it come fall time, but it is also the perfect blend of trend and sport for hanging around town. While I admit it is probably a tad hot to be wearing this around Northern Virginia right now, I have been doing it anyways. It is the perfect jacket to throw on after a sweaty run so I do not freeze when I enter the cool temperature of Starbucks or the grocery store.
I am in LOVE with it.

I like the collar too because in the cooler weather you really need to keep your neck warm and it folds down quite well for when you warm up. If only everything for ladies did not have pink somewhere on it!
